Refund Policy

At Wolfe Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, returned in their original packaging.

Final Sale Items:
Please note that all mobile accessories, party supplies, bras and undergarments, and swimsuits are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

Lost or Stolen Returns:
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back.
